About Me
Etuna is development advisory specialist with more than 2 years of development experience in real estate and 8 years of management consulting experience for public and private organizations.
As an Director of Development Advisory at Colliers International Georgia, Etuna has completed up to 20 development consulting projects in Georgia in various property sectors including feasibilities and best use studies, economic strategies and forecasts, design reviews. She is also concentrated on large urban type projects transforming sites/cities/municipalities as tourist destinations.
In her career Etuna has completed up to 20 real estate development and 20 strategy development projects in Georgia in different sectors. Prior to joining Colliers Team, she was leading strategic development department at the Ministry of Economy in Georgia, accountable for developing strategic directions for the ministry and its legal entities, including Enterprise Georgia, Natural Resource Management Agency, State Property Agency etc.
