Leeds is the UK’s fastest growing city and the main driver of a city region with a £64.6 billion economy, a combined population of 3 million and a workforce of 1.37 million. More than £3.9 billion has been invested in large scale development projects during the past decade, with a further £7.3 billion under construction and in the pipeline.

The Leeds South Bank area is a key focus for the city and will be the next chapter in its evolution. With the planned improvements in connectivity spearheaded by the redevelopment of the Leeds station, the prospects for property returns in the area are extremely positive.
