As the Director of Events & Marketing for EMEA I am responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all internal and external events that relates to our 43 countries in EMEA, ensuring that they support our business development and client engagement goals. Working hand in hand with our EMEA Head of Marketing, Communications & Business Development and our Business Teams, I create the vision for the events, ensuring they fit into the overal strategy and goals for the region and the teams. I manage the Marketing budgets and work closely with the Business Teams to set their stratetgy and support their initiatives.
I began working for Colliers in 2008, assisting with establishing a new European Colliers University camp in EMEA. In 2010 I joined the new EMEA team, and began executing events for Colliers EMEA as a whole. I have continued to work with the EMEA team to create a more coordinated approach to the events in the region, creating a platform for our people to focus on business. In conjunction with our regional EMEA goals and the global rebrand in 2010, I assisted our 37 countries at the time to work together as a more united, cohesive unit. In 2016 I became Director of Events and Marketing, and expanded my role along with our coverage to 42 countries, to include more of a focus on business development.
Joe has recently joined the Colliers London office, splitting his time between the Occupier Services and the Complex and Emerging Market Solutions teams. Joe spent his last 5 years working for the Colliers Corporate Solutions team based in Wellington, New Zealand where he acted on behalf some of New Zealand’s largest government and corporate tenants.
