The London Restaurants team at Colliers has represented Zia Lucia, a pizzeria brand that offers a choice of four pizza doughs, on the letting of its sixth restaurant.
Opening its first restaurant in 2016 in Islington, Zia Lucia has since expanded its presence to Aldgate East, Hammersmith, Wembley, and Wandsworth. The new premises will be located on Balham High Road and benefits from a strong footfall.
Speaking about the deal George Collison commented: “We are on a mission to deliver the best pizza to the whole of London. Zia Lucia has been successful in growing organically and after securing the sixth site for them we are on the lookout for more.”
