Will Harris

Will joined Colliers International in 2015. Based in London, Will currently has the role of Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Lead and is responsible for the development of the PortfolioExpert platform, specifically a new technology that brings portfolio data to life, with simple benchmarking and critical date management which facilitate collaborative strategy development in pursuit of savings.

Will is responsible for the provision and support of the Colliers 360 Technology suite in EMEA, liaising with the US Technology Team.

Will has successfully developed business and IT solutions for the business development team in Corporate Solutions. Will won the Da Vinci Award for innovation for his work integrating teams through technology.

Will’s is experienced in the development of large client accounts and the database systems and change management processes that integrate teams across geographies having introduced new technologies to Colliers and to clients, transforming portfolio and account management practice.

Additionally Will has successfully managed the real estate aspects of mergers & acquisitions having worked with global data centre operator, Equinix, on a $900m disposition of 8 sites in 2016 and running the due diligence - project management office - for a c$200m acquisition in Paris

Equinix engaged Colliers EMEA Corporate Solutions to support our team in 2016 to assist with the real estate components of a large corporate disposition. Will Harris was seconded to join us in Amsterdam at only a weeks’ notice for a 4 month engagement. He adapted quickly to the varied needs of the project and enabled the leadership team to be freed up during a period of extremely heavy workload. Will ensured we came in on time, crafted creative solutions to difficult problems, which unlocked our ability to complete the disposition, and got to grips with a sector requiring specialist knowledge in short order. The outcome was a successful engagement and a successful disposition. We would happily work with William and Colliers again in the future.
