Brintons Carpets - Sale & Leaseback disposals of two manufacturing sites totalling 630,000 sq ft.

Orbital 48, Dartford - Disposal of new 48,000 sq ft warehouse to DPD on behalf of M&G Real Estate.

Delphi Technologies - Disposal of 22 acre / 350,000 sq ft employment site in the East of England. 

Pantheon Park, Wolverhampton – Off-market purchase of self-storage site for new 50,000 sq ft development on behalf of Lok’n’Store.

Symmetry Park Rugby - Leasing mandate and advice in relation to prospective 2m sq ft logistics park. 1m sq ft pre-let signed with Iron Mountain in  2022.

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions - Acquistion of 220,000 sq ft warehouse facility at East Midlands Gateway.

Union Park Leighton Buzzard – Advice and acquisition of 8.5 acre site in Leighton Buzzard on behalf of Tungsten Developments for new 164,000 sq ft industrial park.

Segro Park Enfield – Leasing mandate and advice in relation to brand new 230,000 sq ft logistics park in North London. All 3 buildings let to single occupier in 2021.

Crossways Commercial Park, Dartford - Leasing mandate and advice in relation to brand new 480,000 sq ft logistics park.
