About Me
Employed by Edward Erdman from 1992 in the Valuation Department. Initially working on both finance and fund valuations nationwide.
Steve now heads the Colliers Residential Valuation Team in Central London, specialising in high value prime central London and within the M25 acting for a number of private banks.
Valued all of the Halls of Residence of Westminster University; City University; London Business School; and Imperial College.
Valued a £100 million flats development close to Regents Park for Bank finance.
Valued a £100 million apartment development on Lowndes Square, Knightsbridge.
Valued a £60 million flat at One Hyde Park, Knightbridge for Bank finance.
Valued £50 million penthouses on Lowndes Square, Knightsbridge for Bank finance.
Valued a £85 million house on Eaton Square, Belgravia for Bank finance.
Valued a number of houses in St Johns Wood, NW8, at over £50 million.
