About Me
Simon is Head of the EMEA Occupier Services UK Enterprise Client business, working on behalf of occupiers including the Vodafone, Santander, Bupa, Cancer Research UK and Central England Co-Operative.
Regularly acting as an internal client, Simon leads a team that co-ordinate occupational property management, building surveying, agency and professional services for clients across a range of sectors.
Simon has also been instrumental in the development of an International Lease Administration Service for Colliers' EMEA Occupier Services team, working for a range of both national and international clients.

Simon joined Colliers International in January 2000 and has been a member of their Corporate Solutions team since October 2005.
Simon has a Degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
