Sara Simpson

Sara is a Director in the Central London Agency Team and offers leasing, development, asset management, strategic and tenant mix advice to major Central London landlords.

Her key landlord instructions include London Estates Mayfair & Belgravia on behalf of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, Marylebone Village on behalf of Howard De Walden,  Coal Drops Yard and the wider Kings Cross Estate for Argent LLP and The Knightsbridge Estate on bahalf of Olayan.

A born shopper and trend follower, Sara particularly focuses on tenant selection and is assisted by various international research trips, trade show attendance, and following various fashion press subscriptions and blogs, and brings a genuine interest and excitement to the process.

Sara is also the main point of contact for all ME+EM UK wide acquisitions as well as representing a number of niche brands on their expansion in London.

Successfully pitching for and winning two new mandates during 2022; The Crown Estate Regent Street & St James and The Knightsbridge Estate for Olayan.  These follow more recent success with new Westfield London appointment. 

Secondee at the Grosvenor Estate in 2019 as Acting Retail Director, responsible for all retail leasing, development and strategy for their Mayfair & Belgravia Estates.
