I head up the Yorkshire and North East offices team and have over 20 years agency experience specifically within the region. I have been involved in numerous high profile city centre, business park and office led mixed use developments throughout the region.

Majoring on disposal and acquisition work for a variety of Property Companies, Funds and occupiers, I have also been prevalent in providing development advice on mixed use and regeneration projects throughout the region.

I also provide development consultancy and strategy advice to a number of local authorities, education institutions and charities.

I have worked with and agreed comprehensive multi-site 5 year Property Strategy Review Programmes with two large UK Financial Services occupiers within the past 5 years. 

I was voted 'Dealmaker of the Year' for Leeds Offices by CoStar in 2017, having previously won the same award in 2013. Won 'Commercial Deal of the Year' at the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards, 2016, and have won Office Agency Team of the Year 3 times within the past 6 years at the Yorkshire Property Industry Awards.  

Acquired more space (total sq ft) within the region than competing agents over past 7 years.

Involved (either acquisition or disposal) in largest deal of year within the region in 5 out of last 7 years.

I advised Carlsberg in the sale of their 22 acre former Tetley's Brewery site in central Leeds in late 2015 to Vastint.
