Robert Perry

Rob is Co-head of the Project & Building Consultancy team with over 25 years industry experience in providing leading commercial Building Surveying and Project Management advice.

He has a proven track record in delivering exceptional results for clients having led high performing businesses throughout his career due to his strong leadership and management skills.

Rob was co-Managing Director of Paragon, having been one of its founding Directors in 2009.

He has helped the management team grow the company to a turnover of over £25m, with 150+ staff across 6 offices.

Between 1999 – 2009 he worked at Chisholm Nurser & Partners where he became both a director and shareholder before helping set up Paragon.

Rob’s primary surveying role during his career has included the management and co-ordination of large acquisition and vendor portfolios, alongside project management and development / fund monitoring for a diverse range of commercial clients across all property sectors.

A key part of his role within the business is the management of key client accounts, where he has established a number of strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
