About Me
Richard Barrett has worked in property since 1983 and joined the company in 1987, becoming a director in 1990. He specialises in the valuation sector with specific responsibility for investment valuations and covers the UK and Europe including Germany, the Netherlands and France. Richard values for a variety of lending institutions and also provides regular valuations for a number of property funds.
Richard also sits as an APC assessor for the RICS.
Richard has worked with Colliers for in excess of 28 years and has a wealth of experience in the valuation of all commercial property.
Values property with an aggregate value of in excess of £3 billion on an annual basis.
