Nick Arden

Nick is an Associate Director within the Automotive and Roadside Department, specialising in professional work. He undertakes Red Book valuations for a range of lenders, occupiers and investors for a range of purposes including loan security, accounts and for internal purposes.  Nick acts on behalf of many landlords and tenants in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears. He is regularly asked to carry out negotiations in respect of lease events, and also undertakes 3rd party work.  His expertise covers a range of property types within the sector including vehicle dealerships, petrol filling stations and tyre and exhaust centres. He is based out of the Birmingham Office but deals with property nationwide for clients. 

Managing the rent review portfolio on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK Ltd - dealing with rent review negotiations and providing strategic advice on 3rd party referrals where appropriate.

Advising all of the major banks including RBS, Lloyds, HSBC, Barclays and Handelsbanken on matters connected with lending on a range of properties within the sector.
