Katrina works in the Tenant Representation Team in Central London, concentrating on the London West End office market. She acts on behalf of clients acquiring and disposing of office space, negotiating lease renewals and provides strategic relocation advice.

Clients include CB&I, AT Kearney, GREE, Vodafone, Calvalley Petroleum, Petro China and Institute of Physics.

Part of the team who acquired 40,000 sq ft on behalf of CB&I on Eastbourne Terrace, London.

Involved in the acquisition of Colliers International's UK Headquarters building at 50 George Street, 33,160 sq ft.

Acquisition of 2nd floor at 37-45 Kensington High Street on behalf of BTS.

Acquisition of 3rd floor at 32 Brook Street, Mayfair, on behalf of Calvalley Petroleum.

Acquired a 103 person serviced office for GREE.

Was previously the Corporate Account Manager for Expedia, involved in the London relocation to 81,000 sq ft at The Angel.

Involved in commercial valuations on behalf of funds, institutions and developers including Morley, NAG and Royal Bank of Scotland.
