John Sullivan

I joined Colliers International UK in Sept 2016 as a Director to head up the Manchester, Industrial & Logistics team, which consists of 4 people coverging the whole of the North West.

I became chartered in Dec 2004 and have of over 17 years experience in the Industrial Agency market and previously worked in the industrial agency teams of Matthews & Goodman,  Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton (Where I was head of department from 2014 - 2016) in their Manchester Offices.

My accomplishements to date are as follows:-

Acquisition of 375,000 sq.ft Distibution Warehouse on behalf of DSG Retail Ltd at Logistics North Bolton to re house the RDC and Customer Service Centre.

Sale of 13.97 acres former Mathers Foundry Ltd, Park Works, Grimshaw Lane, Manchester on Behalf of Mathers Foundry Ltd to Canmoor Developments Ltd.

Acquistion of 60,000 sq.ft on 6.8 acres to house a new Manchester distribtion hub on behalf of Sunbelt Rentals.

Sale of 10 Stretton Distribution Centre, Warrington. c.109,000 sq.ft on behalf of the Grammont Group to AVJON Ltd.

Agents/Advisors on behalf of HIMOR in the regeneartion of their 1,600 acre Future Carrington Site, including 103,000 sq.ft letting to Hilti.

Pre let of Arc 130, Haydock on behalf of William Fishwick & Son. A 127,000 sq.ft distribution warehouse let to Law Distribution.

Advising Asda on the letting of their 322,000 sq.ft RDC Depot, Wigan, Greater Manchester.

Acqusition of 80,000 sq.ft The Rack, Knowsley obo Denholm Logistics

Acquistion of 120,000 sq.ft pre let on behalf of Master Removers Group Ltd - Bridge St, Golbourne

Sale of former Hilti Dsitribution Depot Bredbury, Stockport - 60,000 sq.ft

Letting of 102,000 sq.ft at Carrington Gateway to Hilti (Gt Btritian) Ltd
