John Munday

John co leads the Project and Building consultancy business, being responsible for its strategic growth and direction.  John provides hands on service to his contacts with the full range of Building Surveying and Project Management services for a wide variety of commercial clients including pension funds, banks, property companies and developers.

He manages portfolio surveys and individual surveys for numerous clients throughout Europe.

He provides strategic oversight of Project Management of various large mixed use developments throughout the UK incorporating office developments, retail and leisure.

John was part of the team that negotiated and integrated the successful joining together of Paragon and Bond Davidson, and then more recently, the negotiation of the strategic partnership between Paragon and Colliers, to form one of the largest building consultancy teams in the UK.

John was one of the Founding Directors of Paragon Building Consultancy in 2009.

He started his career at Richard Ellis and was later employed by Chisholm Nurser & Partners between 1997 and 1999, where he became a director.

John has been co-Managing Director of Paragon since 2014 and alongside Rob Perry, has helped steer the company through the recent challenges, whilst continuing to focus on and lead the growth of the business.

He was part of the team that negotiated and integrated the successful merger of Paragon and Bond Davidson in 2018 and will bring this experience of business integration to the fore at Colliers where he is excited about jointly leading the team with the opportunities that lay ahead.
