I have in excess of 24 years of experience in Property & Asset Management on behalf of Institutional Investors, Property Companies, Developers and Individuals. I work across all property types and sectors delivering clients outstanding results.
Client Director for a number of Investment Funds and Property Companies.
Specicialist development consultancy advice relating to new build properties in terms of strategy for operational design, practical delivery of site services and input into operational statements to clear planning conditions.

In my previous role, I was contract Director for Canada Life managing UK wide assets on their behalf. I have acted for Land Securities, Phoenix Group, BP Ropemaker and Deutsche Bank.
Currently working with Columbia Threadneedle, Aviva and a number of property companies who hold significant investments in the South West & Wales.
