About Me
Jeff is a Director with over 25 years’ experience in the Building and Project Consultancy sector. He works across a wide variety of service lines with a key focus on generating new business.
He is a trusted and valued advisor with meticulous attention to detail which has led to many long-standing client relationships and repeat instructions.
Jeff was one of the Founding Directors of Paragon Building Consultancy in 2009
Prior to this, 1997 to 2009, Jeff was employed by Chisholm Nurser & Partners where he became a director in the London office.
He has extensive knowledge and experience across all Building Surveying disciplines as well as larger scale project management and monitoring instructions.
Jeff has strong relationships with many lending banks and has acted as project monitor on numerous schemes up to £75m in contract value.
He acts for several UK funds and large property companies, securing asset management and pre-acquisition due diligence instructions across various sectors.

Memberships & Involvements
Jeff is a Member of the RICS with in excess of 20 years Chartered experience.
He was Chairman of Rugby at Esher Rugby Club between 2016-2021 and still retains a keen involvement in the club, despite having moved to live in North Yorkshire.
Jeff is also a committee member of the RICS Rugby Club.
