About Me
Associate Director working in Business Space Lease Advisory, specialising in the Office and Industrial sectors.
Janek regularly advises occupier and investor clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructuring. He is adept in identifying opportunities to realise value from leases – either by lease extension or negotiating an early surrender - tailored to the needs of each of his clients' objectives.
Before retraining as a surveyor, Janek served as an officer in the British Army for nine years, in a variety of Command and Staff roles. He now serves in the Army Reserves, as a Naval Gunfire Liason Officer (NGLO).
