James has over 18 years experience in the UK Industrial & Logistics market. His main focus is on the disposal and acquisition of larger distribution warehouses and advising occupier clients within London and the South East. He is also involved in managing day to day agency instructions, providing strategic disposal advice, acquiring new premises and providing advice on site purchases and development.
James is the lead client manager for Dixons Carphone advising on their national industrial portfolio as well client manager for ASDA, John Lewis and Pets at Home, advising on various acquisitions and disposals. He is also involved in the disposal of a number of high profile buildings / sites including Symmetry Park in Biggleswade, Panattoni Park in Swindon and London Medway Commercial Park in Kent. He has also been involved in DP World London Gateway Logistics Park which offers 9 million sq ft of logistics development space. James has been successful in letting over 6 million sq ft of industrial / warehouse space.
