I am a Associate Director with 12 years experience and joined the Colliers Central London Retail Lease Advisory team from CWM in September 2014
My specialties include Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Lease Regears and Strategic Asset Management.
I handle lease advisory work for landlord clients including Blackstone, CBREi, Eskmuir, Church Commissioners, Avignon Capital and Aberdeen AM.
I also advise retailers within the Central London retail market, including Sweaty Betty, Ecco, Headmasters, Costa, Carphone Warehouse and Oliver Bonas.
