About Me
Ed joined Colliers International as a graduate in August 2016 having completed a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. After completing rotations in the Business Rates and EMEA Valuations teams, Ed joined the Build to Rent team in February 2018. He has since qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and now advises on Build to Rent opportunities across the UK.
Projects that Ed has been instrumentally involved with include;·
- Advising Pension Insurance Corporation on the acquisition of 520 apartments at Manchester New Victoria from Muse Developments. £130m
- Advising Gatehouse Bank on the forward funding of 66 houses at Raleigh Street, Walsall from Vistry Partnerships GDV: £10.2m.
- The disposal of Menta Regeneration's (Phase II) East Croydon scheme to Mitsubishi Estate on a forward funding basis. GDV £250m.
- Advising Taylor Wimpey East London's on the disposal of 104 apartments at Chelmer Waterside, Essex to LGIM on a forward funding basis. GDV c.£28m.
- The disposal of Eccy Village, Sheffield, for Abode to Grainger for 237 apartments, £40m GDV.
- The disposal of First Way, Wembley, acting for Cole Waterhouse. Unite forward funded 682 student beds for a £100m GDV.
