Douglas Bonham joined Colliers International in 2011 and is a Director and head of the Birmingham National Offices team. He provides strategic property advice to national and international clients including occupational consultancy, development and value add investment.

Calthorpe Estates – advising Calthorpe Estates on the design, marketing and disposal strategy of 360,000 sq ft at Birmingham Science Park, Pebble Mill.

PRUPIM - providing Stratgic development advice on The Green, a development site with planning consent for over 500,000 sq.ft of office accommodation and over 200,000 of existing development.

UK Athletics - provided occupational consultancy on relocating to a new headquarters office facility.

Caterpillar  - Provided occupational consultancy to relocate to new headquarters on Blythe Valley Park, Solihull.

Logica - Disposal of 50,000 sq.ft of tenant accommodation over an 18-month period, to Airbus, Personal Touch Financial and Laing O'Rourke.
