About Me
Diana is responsible for structuring and brokering real estate debt solutions for institutional clients. She advises on all asset classes and across the entire debt stack, including senior, stretched senior, mezzanine, whole loans and profit-share arrangements. She covers properties ranging from single-tenant assets to diversified property portfolios as well as being experienced in the financing of development projects, both ground-up and refurbishments, and bridge financing.
Diana joined Asset Leverage Consultants in January 2017, which became Colliers International (Debt Advisory) in 2018.
Prior to this, Diana was a credit analyst at Barclays Capital, where she undertook her graduate training and covered the bank’s EMEA emerging markets portfolio, before moving to Credit Suisse, where she held responsibility for the financial institutions of the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia across $55bn of credit lines.
