About Me
Dan is a Director and head of the Colliers Environmental Team with over 20 years of industry experience of working in environmental due diligence in the commercial property sector.
Dan has worked closely with the Project & Building Consultancy team for 14 years and shares the passion and drive to provide fast, reliable and commercially exacting advice across a variety of property scenarios, including transactions and developments within the UK and Europe.
Dan has a track record of working collaboratively with clients, specialist technical partners and the wider Project & Building Consultancy teams to ensure that environmental matters are considered and well understood by all.
Dan has maintained a strong environmental team offering which has supported Billions of pounds of transactions over the period at Paragon and now Colliers.
His knowledge extends across all commercial sectors and specialises in portfolios whether supporting the sale or purchase of multiple asset classes nationally and within Europe.
Dan’s expertise is understanding the market view of environmental risk and relaying it to a variety of investor types, including institutional pension funds, private wealth individual or propcos.
