About Me
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor in the Corporate Solutions UK team. He has over 18 years of commerical and retail property experience.
Chris’s property career began with Virgin Retail Limited where he worked in the newly established in-house property team tasked with radically restructuring the portfolio through intensive acquisition, relocation and disposal programmes.
Chris is currently the Corporate Solutions Contract Manager for a number of Automotive Clients managing their retail controlled networks.
During Chris's roles he has successfull mobilised a number of contracts into Colliers. Working on all aspects of Estate Management he has realised a number of successes through management of Maintenance Management issues, Landlord and Tenant transactions and Acquisitions and Disposals.
