Bob Fisher

Bob has over 40 years experience in the retail property market, specialising in the out of town retail market and acting on behalf of retailers, developers and landlords in the acquisition, disposal and leasing of premises throughout Scotland. He also has wide experience in carrying out rent reviews of out of town food stores and retail warehouses for both landlords and tenants. In addition, Bob is a member of the Chairman of the RICS in Scotland’s Panel of Independent Experts.

Acted on Appointments from the Chairman of the RICS or by agreement of the parties in over 100 rent review disputes on retail warehouse units and foodstores, including where the parties are represented by QC's.

Appeared as expert witness at over 10 planning inquiries relating to the in and out-of-town retail markets.

Advised on valuation and in an agency capacity of over 50 major retail parks in England, Scotland and Ireland.
