Alisdair James

I have worked in the Automotive and Roadside sector since 1988, acting primarliy for occupiers, but also landlords and landowners, specialising in acquisitions, disposals and roadside property development.  I have recently joined Colliers-International Automotive and Roadside team, having previously been a Partner  Rapleys.  

I have represented leading PLC Motor Groups on the  acquisition  of key sites where they  represent leading brands including most recently Land Rover, Volkswagen and Mercedes. 

I have lead acquisition programmes for a number of roadside operators including Majestic Wine, Topps Tiles, Nationwide Autocentres (now Halfords Autocentres).

I am actively involved in the trade counter sector,  advising on the acquisition and development of new schemes in addition to providing acquisition and disposal advice to occupiers.
