Alex has been working in the Central London Office Market for nearly 10 years, dealing with all aspects of office agency; providing advice to developers, landlords and occupiers in respect of leasing and acquisitions. Alex joined the growing Colliers International Central London team in October 2015 from DTZ and covers the West End, Midtown, Southbank and Northern Fringe office markets.
Some of Alex's notable projects include;
- Acting on behalf of Tishman Speyer in the disposal of 290,000 sq ft at Verde SW1.
- Acted on behalf of Moneysupermarket Plc in their acquisition of 33,000 sq ft at 1 Dean Street W1 for their new London Headquarters.
- Acting on behalf of GPE in the disposal of 158,000 sq ft at Old Street, EC1.
- Acting on behalf of LaSalle IM in the disposal of 25,000 sq ft at 77 Kingsway, WC2.
- Acting on behalf of GPE in the disposal of 90,000 sq ft at 30 Broadwick Street, W1.
- Acting on behalf of Wainbridge in the disposal of 27,000 sq ft at One Strand, WC2.
