About Me
Before joining Colliers International, Adele worked for Lichfield District Council and Tamworth Borough Council and was involved in the administration and collection of local taxation charges. Adele joined the Rating Department at Colliers International as Senior Compliance and Audit Assistant in June 2015 and has over 30 years experience in local taxation charges. In 2017 Adele was promoted to Comliance and Audit Manager.
Adele is involved with helping the Accurates team with Compliance and Audit Business Rates Project and acheiving rates savings for clients.
Adele has recovered £200,000 in overpaid local taxes for the UK's leading providers of care homes and services for people with disabilities. Adele has secured savings for discretionary rate relief for large distribution centres for Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy.
