Adam has extensive experience in rating valuation, having worked in both the public and private sectors, based within the North West.
This experience covers a wide range of properties including retail, office, large industrial, licensed premises and numerous public sector properties.
Following my Appeal on behalf of The Co-operative Group the decision by the Valuation Office to assess cash machines was overturned at the Supreme Court.
Head of several town centre committees set up to co-ordinate discussions and agree shop rateable value assessments.
Prepared and presented cases at Valuation Tribunal. Notable successes include reducing a national licensed property operator's assessment by 35%.
