Viktoria Kitsik

Victoria is one of the first employees at Colliers International Advisors Estonia. She has been with the company since 2005. Victoria started to work for Colliers as the Senior Market Analyst in Consulting and Valuation Department and continued later till now as the Consultant in CRE department. Along her career, Viktoria has advised a number of well-known local and foreign corporate clients, providing them with market analysis services in addition to best-use analysis and other commercial real estate advisory services, later- brokerage advisory services. Before joining Colliers, Victoria worked for one of the leading construction and property development companies in the Nordic region, the NCC Group as an estimator.

The greatest accomplishment is the positive feedback from our clients and constantly increasing number of new custumers among both local and foreign companies. We provide our clients with professional advisory and brokerage servises in commercial real estate field.
