Avo has worked at Colliers since 2008. Before joining Colliers he worked for Estonian Government (Estonian Tax and Customs Board). Avo started working in Arco Vara Real Estate in 2006, which was the time of rapid growth in real estate sector in Estonia. In Arco Vara he was focusing on company’s growth in the Baltic Countries, as well as in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine. In 2008 he took over the position of Managing Director. In 2009 he became also a Partner in Colliers International Estonia.
