About Me
Acting as Head of Debt Advisory Germany, Stefan is responsible for advising internal and external clients on Real Estate debt structures.
With over 25 years experience within the banking industry and since over 15 years speczialized in Real Estate Lending, Stefan has a proven track record of several Real Estate debt transactions.
The Debt Advisory team in Germany advises on senior, whole and mezzanine loan structures as well as acting as an intermediary between the various parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction, such as banks, whole-loan financiers, mezzanine or equity capital providers and other service providers from the fields of law, taxes and controlling
Prior to joining Colliers Stefan previously held senior roles in the finance divisions of Deutsche Bank, UBS and BF Direkt, where he acted on numerous commercial real estate financing transactions.
