About Me
Simon joined Colliers in Hamburg in August 2019 as a Senior Research Consultant.
His main occupation is to give market insights on the Hamburg office- and retail markt and to provide market- as well as demographical- and socioeconomic data.
He is responsible for the quarterly reporting for the Hamburg office market, which includes press releases, info graphics and city surveys.
Also, he is working closely together with the capital markets and office agency teams in Hamburg to support them with research and insights in pitches and client requests.
Simon has six years of experience as a Research Analyst in real estate research on the Hamburg- and Berlin market, as well as in GIS analysis.
