Manuel Aller

Manuel Aller is managing partner at Colliers International Germany. Since 2023 he is Head of Capital  Markets in Munich focusing on office & mixed-use investments for mid- and large-scale volumes. He started working at Colliers in 2012 after graduating from the university of Regensburg with a master’s degree in Real Estate Economics.
Besides his in-depth knowledge about the Munich real estate market (accompanied transaction volume of >€1.5bn over the past 5 years) and his senior client relationships he has many years of experience in cashflow analysis and investment calculations.
