Hazel Cepeda

With more than 30 years of successful strategic leadership, in senior management positions in the corporate and financial sectors of the country and the Central American region, has  structured and  implemented solutions, providing growth and economic value in service, real estate, health and infrastructure companies.  Her trayectory include the participation as a member of the Board of Directors of investment funds, strategic consultant and member of the Board of Directors of real estate development companies, private hospitals, phamaceuticals and microfinance institutions.

Her knowledge of the financial market and investors, allowed channeling resources with investment funds, issuing debt with local, multilateral and international banks up to US$5 million, also managing assets of up to US$11 billion. Leader in 2021 of an international bond issue for US$300 million linked to the Sustainability Linked Bond (SLB), business recognition for the placement in the Costa Rican stock market of the first bond certified  by Climate Bond Initiative (CBI) awarded by the Costa Rican Stock Exchange in the thematic category and in 2002 received the recognition among the first young managers realized by the newspaper El Financiero of Costa Rica.
