10 years of experience working in commercial real estate. Currently working as Transaction Manager Director. Began working at Colliers International since 2010 as Junior Analyst for industrial sector, supporting search and/or disposal of industrial facilities for clients such as Cummins, Falabella, Ingersoll, Colgate, BAT, DAIMLER, MCCAIN, MAKRO and others. Participate in Build to Suit Process for DHL, Bimbo, Toxement, LOREAL, Directv, GSK, Johnson&Jonson, Reckitt Benckiser.
In 2015 as Broker Senior was promoted to Key Account Manager of one of the most important Real Estate Investment Funds named PACTIA. Responsible for the disposal of all assets (office buildings and industrial facilities in different cities in Colombia of about 350,000 square meters) with a team of seven people nationwide. Responsible for coordinating and developing real estate strategies for each facility, coordinate marketing plan, relationship with other brokers, constant reporting and teaming with client for each specialized area creating innovative strategies to increase the occupancy of each facility. Since May 2019 promoted to Transaction Manager.
