British magazine Euromoney published the results of its 2018 Real Estate Survey, which highlights the best investment managers in the real estate market. The consulting firm Colliers International obtained first place in the overall category as the best real estate services advisors and consultants in Chile.

The consultancy also obtained first place in the Property Value category. "We appreciate the preference and confidence that our clients have placed in us, in a market that is increasingly competitive and demanding, and we will continue focusing on empowering our professionals and perfecting our work. This award recognizes the quality of our team, which has made all the difference through their great professionalism," Ugarte added.
The methodology used by Euromoney to choose the winners was based exclusively on the opinion of developers, investors and final clients of the real estate sector.
