John began his career in commercial real estate in 1986 as a commercial office leasing agent when he joined The Arnoldi Group. He continually produced results for his team and began leading the department early on. He joined Colliers in 1992 as a Downtown office leasing sales representative and was a consistent top producer for the firm.
Since 1999 John has been part of the Senior Leadership team at Colliers International, previously serving as Executive Managing Director for Eastern Cananda , Executive Managing Director for the Greater Toronto Area and prior to that as Mananging Director for the South Western Ontario Branch.
Chance joined Colliers International in 2020 and works collaboratively with Rod Connop, Evelyn Stolk, and Ning Good as Edmonton's top producing industrial team. Chance’s drive and passion along with early exposure to high-profile projects helped him grasp industry knowledge at a rapid pace. His creativity, versatility, and attention to detail allow him to execute real estate strategies with clients with the utmost quality and service.
Chance received his business management degree with high distinction from Concordia University. He attended the university on a hockey scholarship and utilized his time-management skills to consistently be a Dean’s List student throughout his tenure. Currently, he is enrolled in an MBA program to further his entrepreneurial mindset and enhance his skillset. Chance prides himself on his relationship building, networking, communication skills, and the ability to exceed expectations.
