Jason Winton specializes in the sales and leasing of all commercial real estate asset classes (investment, development land, industrial, office, retail, recreational & apartment) in the Mid Vancouver Island region north of Victoria.

Jason joined Colliers in Vancouver in 1995.  In 2003 he opened up a Colliers office in Nanaimo to help bring professional commercial real estate marketing and brokerage to the region and since that time has been one of the top brokers in the Mid Island region.

He has facilitated the sale and lease of over $700 Million Dollars in Assets since 2008  over a range of asset classes, including land, hotel, office, industrial, retail and multi-family assets, many of which were large scale and complex. His achievements are a result of his acute understanding of the transaction process, strong relationships with industry professionals, keen understanding of the Mid Vancouver Island market as well as undivided dedication to client goals and success.

Craig Hennigar

Senior Director | Valuation and Advisory Services

Craig is a Senior Director in the Valuation and Advisory Services group at Colliers and holds the AACI, P.App designation.  He offers appraisal and consulting services in the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley area as well as throughout British Columbia with particualr focus on the following assets and services: Commercial Property, Industrial Property, Expropriation Valuation, Hospitality Property and Recreational Land, and Multi-Family Property.

Craig is the former Director of Market Intelligence for Canada as well as a real estate broker and appraiser with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate with work experience is focused on providing strategic and transactional assistance to national real estate firms.  With professional experience in real estate research, valuation, development, management, finance, consulting, and portfolio management roles he has worked with all major asset classes for valuation of both income producing real estate as well as expropriation, development projects.  His client list includes firms in the finance, technology, aerospace, and logistical industries as well as real  estate firms and has additional work experience providing ongoing economic knowledge, research, forecasting and review of the Canadian and international environment.

Aldo Stephanus

Director, Digital Marketing | Canada

Aldo Stephanus is a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing for Colliers Canada. He has a technical background in SEO, PPC, social media, digital strategy, content creation, and data analytics. Prior to joining the team, Aldo worked at Altus Group as a Digital Marketing Strategist, managing the global website, search and social campaigns, and conversion funnels. Aldo had also worked at a global digital agency (Ayima) in a similar role, leading digital campaigns and website optimization.

In his role,  Aldo manages  Colliers' digital marketing strategy and helps establish a stronger digital footprint for the Canadian business. Aldo works closely with the local and global marketing team and business leaders to enhance the company's digital presence and generate business through various digital channels.

Aldo holds a Master of Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, in addition to a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed a Front-End Development Certificate from Lighthouse Labs.
