David entered the commercial brokerage business in 2004 with a local boutique firm. He joined Colliers in 2008 as a financial analyst with the National Investment Team where he conducted valuation, marketing and detailed due diligence on primarily institutional grade real estate asset transactions.
Back in a brokerage role since 2011, he has been actively involved in investment origination, strategy and structuring of primarily development land deals throughout Metro Vancouver. He also focuses on analyzing debt and equity capital markets to determine their impact on real estate valuations. Clients include private equity and public market investors, developers and landowners.
David has become one of Vancouver's leading experts in the valuation, marketing and sale of development properties.
David's specialization centres around urban properties with redevelopment potential. He has successfully completed numerous land assembly sales representing both residential and commercial property owners. He is a keen observer of local planning policy and its impact on values and property owners.
Owen Hughes is a senior appraiser and project consultant, sales representative and Partner at Colliers International Niagara Limited, designated with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. A graduate of Brock University, Owen is part of a growing Colliers Niagara Team and has a proven track record of consultative real estate consulting in sales, development and valuation. The bulk of his experience is founded in valuation, where he has spent eight years developing strong relationships with lending institutions and his portfolio of clients. This has parlayed into a strong sales business, working with his existing base of clients and quickly developing a well rounded book of business independent of his existing list.
Adam graduated from the University of Victoria in 2010 where he earned his B.A in Economics, and a business communications minor. Since joining Colliers, Adam has worked primarily in appraisal of industrial, mixed-use, multi-residential, and retail properties. In addition to the foregoing real estate assets, Adam has experience in the valuation of aircraft hangars, automotive dealerships, hotels, cannabis facilities, motorsports facilities and redevelopment lands.
Adam has developed strong relationships with local developers, brokers, owner-users, and investors. He has worked with a wide range of clients across all asset classes.
He has a passion for great service, and strives to anticipate client needs while providing expert advice. Outside of the office Adam enjoys skiing, kickboxing, spending time with friends, and playing music.
