Lisa Blacklock is the Market Lead and Senior Vice President Eastern Region and National Accounts for Real Estate Management Services (REMS). Lisa started with Colliers in 2017 as Vice President, Portfolio Management responsible for national accounts and growing the Class A portfolio. In her current role, Lisa is responsible for acquiring and maintaining a position as the market lead in asset advisory services. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Lisa manages operational issues and leads a growth plan for Eastern Region and National Accounts which is consistent with Colliers' overall strategy.
Prior to joining Colliers Lisa worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors in asset and property management, leasing and operations. Lisa's exposure to all asset classes has provided her with experience on both the tenant and landlord's side of the business and a deep understanding of different ownership structures.
Christina Farrace is the Director, Marketing, Global Occupier Services and is responsible for developing and executing key marketing initiatives for Occupier Services globally. With over 15 years of B2B marketing experience, she is skilled in developing integrated marketing campaigns which includes content marketing, market research, PR, brand strategy, digital, social media and events. She provides valuable insights as a strategic marketing advisor supporting senior global stakeholders and collaborating with regional and country marketing representatives.
Prior to joining Colliers, she was the global marketing lead for a big four advisory firm and was responsible for the development and implementation of the global sector marketing plans aligned to the Asset Management, Real Estate and Private Equity business. She also led and supported initiatives such as International Women’s Day and solutions focused to deliver against the Sustainable Development Goals, which are areas she is passionate about.
Christina held various senior marketing roles at two of the big four advisory firms and a large bank where she partnered with leaders across the organization to successfully manage the development and execution of innovative marketing initiatives.
Matt Binfet is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International, and a member of the Industrial Services Team. Matt has been serving the Calgary industrial marketplace for more than 25 years and has consistently been one of the top commercial real estate brokers in Canada. Matt has been inducted into the Colliers Everest Club, which recognizes the performers in the 10th (top) percentile in Brokerage, Valuation, and Corporate Solutions across the Americas, who demonstrate a dedication to service excellence and building long-standing and valued client relationships. He has primarily focused his efforts on tenant representation and year after year is involved in many of the largest transactions in the City of Calgary. Matt has an established list of clientele who refer to him regularly for advice and transactional services.
Matt’s broad experience and professional approach enables him to work successfully with diverse industries and individuals, solving specific problems, and meeting his clients’ objectives.
Specializing in tenant representation has given Matt a unique skill-set and an ability to creatively maximize value in each transaction. He will spend extensive time getting to know each tenant’s business and real estate requirement, in order to become an extension of their organization and to be able to effectively negotiate on their behalf. Matt’s experience provides value to clients far beyond basic real estate fundamentals and gives tenants a competitive advantage in negotiations with landlords.
Michael has worked his entire career at Colliers and for 30 plus years he has focused on assisting his clients with developing real estate strategies that support their business requirements.
His team provides strategic direction and execution across multiple service lines- Portfolio strategy, Transactions, Project Management, Technology, Lease Administration, Consulting Workplace Strategy, Data Centers, Supply Chain, and other areas.
In 2020 PepsiCo hired Michael and his team to transition them from a decentralize real estate approach to a centralized strategy for their international property portfolio of 1200 + properties. Michael was responsible for managing a global team to transition the setup of the account, to implement the new portfolio tracking technology globally and to develop the standard policies and procedures for all the activity on the account.
