Derek Parker joined Colliers in July of 2018.

Licensed and active in Ottawa’s real estate community since 1984, Derek has solidified his brand as one of the city’s experts in the leasing and sale of industrial properties. During his career, Derek has developed many long-term relationships with clients.  He prides himself that much of his business consists of repeat clients and referrals from other brokers who trust and rely on his expertise and industrial market knowledge.
