Tyler joined Colliers as a Data Associate Intern in April of 2015 and transitioned into a Sales Assistant role in September 2018. The hands on experience in his years spent canvassing industrial and office properties throughout Edmonton allowed him to gain a unique perspective on the commercial real estate market. Today Tyler focuses on industrial leasing and sales in Greater Edmonton. 

Tyler prides himself on his attention to detail, strategic thinking and commitment to understanding his clients needs in order to efficiently facilitate transactions and generate tangible benifits for his clients. 

Rick Argue has been an investment sales and mortgage financing specialist with Colliers International since 1991. Rick has been recognized as a “Top Producer” by Colliers and is a Senior Vice President of the firm. As a founding member of the Colliers National investment Services team since January , 2010 Rick has participated in sales transactions totalling more than $1.5  Billion including Industrial, office, retail properties and land.

Rick’s career in the real estate industry began in 1972 with Montreal Trust and then SunLife as a mortgage lender and, subsequently, as a mortgage broker and real estate broker with Highfi eld Mortgage and Investments and Montrose Mortgage Corporation in Edmonton. Prior to joining Colliers, Rick managed the office of Nova West Properties Inc. in Edmonton for fi ve years. Nova West was a real estate investor, broker and property manager of income producing property. Rick joined Colliers in 1991.

Jean-Marc is a senior member of the industrial division of the Montreal Colliers International team and an accomplished executive with a proven ability to develop and implement strategies that support his customers’ business and financial objectives. His expertise includes tenant/purchaser representation, property listings (sale and lease), sale-leasebacks, built-to-suits and land development.

As Vice President, Julien has been involved in numerous transactions involving various fields of commercial real estate. Over the past few years, Julien has been able to develop an expertise in office leasing and has specialized in landlord representation in the greater Montreal marketplace.

Julien performs as a real business partner for his clients. He invests his time and effort to ensure that the projects he undertakes are synonymous with quality and success.

He is passionate about real estate, holds a bachelor’s in business administration and is qualified as a certified charter accountant (CPA). His skills in accounting and finance enable him to understand the needs of his clients and accompany them from the start to the end of a transaction.

His expertise, leadership and business insight make Julien an essential member of his team’s growth and development. With a broad vision and ability to create value, Julien is always looking for new challenges while concurrently increasing his achievements.

Randi Burton is a Senior Associate with Colliers Edmonton specializing in industrial sales and leasing. Specifically, she loves to bridge the gap between industrial and other asset classes. Many retail and office tenants need functional spaces with loading and warehousing, and vice versa - many industrial businesses need  sites with high exposure, so their customers can find and access them easily. Through her time in the industry Randi has built relationships with some of Edmonton’s best Landlords and Tenants by helping her clients achieve their desired outcomes. She believes that accountability and high-quality work is the foundation to any great business relationship.
