Greg has been involved in multiple aspects of commercial real estate over the past 30 years. He is part of the top investment brokerage team in Atlantic Canada. The creative and strategic approach the team brings to client engagements has resulted in many successful closings. In addition to his responsibilities in investment sales, Greg is the Vice President of Colliers International (Nova Scotia) Inc., and a shareholder in the company.
Peter Garrigan is the Executive Managing Director for the Greater Toronto Area Brokerage and National Industrial Brokerage Lead for Canada.
As Exectuive Managing Director, Peter is responsible for helping the growth of all practice groups including Industrial, Office, Investment, Retail and Debt across Downtown Toronto, Toronto West, Toronto North, Burlington, and Kitchener-Waterloo with their respective Managing Directors.
Peter began his real estate career at Colliers in 2004, growing his network as he took on progressive roles within the organization. As the Senior Managing Director, Industrial Practice Group, Toronto Region, Peter empowered, supported, mentored his 60+ advisors to help foster new opportunities with landlords and tenants while growing revenues +130%. He is a big advocate of the tools and integrated services at Colliers, looking at ways to bring the right people together to achieve success for clients and the business.
Peter is one of Colliers’ greatest ambassadors. He cultivates strong relationships with advisors and leaders in real estate across Canada. He has helped recruit over 150+ advisors through his leadership roles, mentored their careers, while growing the business.
On top of his 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Peter has held two-terms as President for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Central Canada Chapter and has developed strong ties to the real estate community both locally and nationally.
Peter focuses on maximizing value and minimizing risk by developing unique solutions to achieve clients’ real estate goals. His ability to create relationships with key tenants and landlords has produced many opportunities for his clients.
Bill has been an active member of the Greater Moncton business community for over 20 years. He has been a shareholder with a variety of gaming and technology companies. Bill brings his unquestionable desire to provide excellent customer service to Colliers International. Using technology and creative business acumen, he has redefined the traditional process of commercial sales.
Bill is a strong believer in and supporter of community engagement. He was a key member of the Kay Community Centre Foundation. This dedicated group of volunteers saved a local Moncton hockey rink from destruction and transformed it into the Crossman Community Centre. Today the Centre hosts a variety of activities for people of all ages. Bill is currently a coach in minor hockey. He is also the 2nd Vice Chairperson of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation. The Foundation is currently raising $10M to improve the quality of care at the hospital.
Karl Innanen quickly became a “spokesman” for the investment real estate market in Southwestern Ontario. He was able to dovetail his economics education from the University of Western Ontario with the practical experiences working in the real estate brokerage field since 1990.
Karl’s expertise is in understanding and analyzing clients' needs in relation to the dynamics of the market, and formulating strategies that will enable the client to attain their business goals.
Company Experience
Warren joined Colliers International in January of 2005. After ten years as a leasing expert in the greater Ottawa area, Warren started the transition from Sale Representative to Managing Director. Backed by a strong clientele basis and a working knowledge of the brokerage business, Warren has grown the Colliers Ottawa thought experience and mentorship.
Prior Experience
After an extensive working experience in Sydney, Australia with the Attorney Generals office in the Compensation Courts of New South Wales, Warren returned to Canada to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate.

Described by his peers as an eager, passionate worker, Warren is concentrating his efforts on continuing to be a purposeful, strong leader in the Ottawa Commercial Real Estate marketplace. Warren is always looking for new and positive ways to help grow the Ottawa office’s brand and reputation as the city’s leading, fully integrated commercial real estate firm.
Education
Warren is an Ottawa native who obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from Carleton University in the year 2000.

Warren is actively involved in several sports leagues, a volunteer with Kanata Minor Hockey Association (KMHA), Kanata Little League Baseball Association (KLLBA) and is a member of BOMA Ottawa and the Ottawa Board of Trade. In addition Warren is a proud alumni of Fight for the Cure – participant.
