Norm has over forty (40) years of experience in the Real Estate Brokerage industry in Montreal. His primary area of concern today is concentrated within the industrial/investment fields, from analysis to consulting and advisory services as well as the implementation of marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Norm was a senior consultant for one of Canada’s most prominent real estate service firms before founding his own brokerage company. Norm eventually merged his firm with Colliers International (Québec) Inc. for which he now serves as Vice Chairman.

Daniel is a commercial real estate advisor in the downtown Toronto office of Colliers International. Specializing in office leasing, with a focus on tenant representation, Daniel's objective is to provide expert advice and assist companies in making their best, most cost-effective real estate decisions for their business. By determining what his clients' unique goals and objectives are, he is able to create real estate solutions to help achieve their desired outcomes.
