Vanessa’s expertise is assisting Toronto businesses in finding and creating office space that advances their organization’s goals.

Taking a research-based, advisory approach when working with her clients, Vanessa believes that the value of service is measured by the relevant innovations she brings to the process. With a focus on office leasing in the core of Toronto, Vanessa has worked in both the Downtown and West GTA, and has practical experience navigating both markets.

Her origins hail from a start-up culture, where strategies around hiring, retention and revenue growth are a central focus. This allows her to understand the challenges that businesses face in a rapidly changing market and positions her to address key workplace issues. 

Vanessa’s time as part of a prominent listing team allowed her to assist in negotiations on behalf of landlords such as QuadReal, Starlight, Desjardins and Kipling. With these insights, she brings a wholistic approach to her work in tenant and landlord representation and helps her clients navigate the current office leasing landscape.
