Tarek Mansour is Senior Broker, Investments for Colliers. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant shopping centers representing Institutions, REITs and major private investors.

Prior to joining Colliers, Tarek spent more than five years with Instituional Property Advisors (IPA), Marcus & Millichap in Ottawa & Toronto. Tarek has been involved in over $175 Million in transactions where he developed a strong skill set for analyzing, evaluating and marketing income-producing properties and development lands throughout Canada. This has allowed him to continue to work with some of North America’s high profile private and institutional clients.

Tarek is a graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, a certificate in Digital Marketing and later a Argus financial modeling certificate in Toronto. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Canada’s Real Estate Association and Toronto Real Estate Board.
