Landon King

Landon and his team specialize in tenant representation in Calgary’s downtown office market and are committed to understanding each of their client’s unique situations to best assist in achieving the desired outcome. He has experience dealing with numerous types of leasing situations for both local and international corporations. This includes office relocations, renewals, subleasing and assignment, lease surrender, expansion and contraction. His financial educational background, market knowledge, and data driven analysis are used to provide information and advice that his clients can rely on to make informed and educated decisions.

Landon has worked with clients from a variety of industries and backgrounds but has had the most experience assisting Professional Service firms including Wawanesa Insurance, Essential Energy Services, and Sovereign Insurance. Landon’s eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are two traits that Colliers Calgary will nurture in order to elevate him to be a top producer in years to come.

Prior to joining Colliers, Landon earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance at the University of Calgary. During his time at the University of Calgary, he was an active member of the Real Estate Student Association, placing 1st in the 2020 Westman  Centre  Case  Competition. Landon has previously worked at Crombie REIT, one of Canada's largest real estate investment trusts, as well as RBC Dominion Securities, one of Canada's largest wealth management firms
